I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, your body NEEDS an expert to help it function as it should, and Alyssa is on a completely different level. Within minutes she was tuned in to exactly what my body needed, how my muscles, tension, and past stress were all connected. She didn’t just work out knots, she released the tension and the weight behind it while teaching me a little along the way. On top of that, she is one of the kindest people I’ve met in a long time.
