“After recently retiring, my wife and I had the enjoyable experience of remodeling our home. We visited Cress Kitchen & Bath and ended up meeting with Katie for several hours. Our home was very dated. We had 40 year old carpet throughout, wallpaper on every wall, popcorn ceilings, no ceiling lights, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a kitchen and two bathrooms screaming for updates. While we had a vision for our remodel, Katie took that vision to the next level. She gave us a detailed four month work schedule showing the work to be completed each day. This schedule rarely changed, and if so, it was because of manufacturer shipment delays beyond her control. Cress pulled the permits for our project and everyone involved with the remodel was great! This included our electricians, plumber, drywaller, painters, and carpenter. Katie coordinated the work schedule for all of them and communicated with us almost daily making several on-site visits per week. At the end of each day, trash was removed and floors were swept...very important to us since we were living in our basement during the entire project. Ultimately, we are beyond thrilled with our updated kitchen, bathrooms, and entire main floor. “Could not recommend this entire team more highly. We bought our home a few months ago and as part of the inspection, it was determined our radon levels needed to be lowered. The sellers hired a different company whom, after 6 separate attempts to resolve the issue were unable to.At this point we had Reliant Radon come in and they fixed the issue on the first try. The feeling my wife and I got from watching our radon levels plummet within a day of their visit cannot be expressed in words, especially given how long it took to get this resolved in the first place. Just use Reliant, they're better.“

He is a man of his word. He won’t stop until things are perfect.His supervisors Daniel and Wesley were I credible. Daniel was organized, checked in, gave arrival time updates, and was a lovely person to work with. Wesley and the team who performed the work were fantastic. Polite, industrious, perfectionists, every last one. Wesley was on time, working beside his team every step of the way to get every thing perfect. “Very happy with my job. I had many items that needed addressing in my townhome in Vail. The roof had leaked so the wall had to be investigated and fixed down to the first floor. The entire inside needed fresh paint. Several plumbing issues that required deep drives into the crawl space. A new deck railing to match the neighbors, including hand railings. I'm quite sure I could never have had all of this work done by local workers in just 3 days, and in my budget. Again, very happy with Martin and his crew. Will definitely hire again.“
“I had a fantastic experience working with Tiny's Granite Works for my bathroom remodel and custom steam shower. The team was not only friendly and accommodating but also exceptionally clean throughout the project. Their professionalism and courtesy made the process stress-free. They kept the workspace tidy and the craftsmanship was top-notch.We hit a small hiccup with some the tiles not being rated for a steam shower. Unfortunately, they had to redo about a week's worth of work but Tiny made the situation right. He personally went out and found us a few different options of replacement tiles and covered the cost to replace them. I doubt another contractor would do that.There were a lot of different crew members at our home and my wife and I were very impressed with how clean, professional, and friendly they all were. Dave, Ben, Dennis, Dario, and Robert in particular were a pleasure to work with.“

They turned our unfinished space into a bedroom, bathroom, and family room / playroom with plenty of closet space and even a hidden “cloffice.” We asked for some complicated design elements that B&B took on with confidence and executed with mastery. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the finished product.Yet I would say the even bigger reason to choose to work with B&B is the team. Everyone at B&B we encountered along the way was fantastic to work with—highly professional, highly skilled, thorough, punctual, communicative, friendly, and even good humored. Each of them clearly love their craft and take it seriously, and it felt like they routinely sought out ways to exceed our expectations. This isn’t the first time we’ve lived in our home while renovating part of it, but it’s the first time the process has been so enjoyable.A few particular callouts: In the design phase, Bri helped us explore the range of possibilities for our basement and narrow in on a design we were excited about—providing helpful suggestions and 3D visuals without which we would have been lost. The owner & our project’s manager, Wes, proactively handled everything—clearly & transparently explaining each cost, making sure the project always stayed on or even ahead of schedule & in budget, keeping us well updated throughout, and ensuring we were happy with both the process and the end result. Toward the end of our project, Juan saw to it that every single finishing touch was right; his patience, attention to detail, and high level of craft in a variety of trades gave our project incredible polish. Harry was painting in the spring when there was a lot of rain and he could only paint on days that were not wet. This man never paid him for his supplies and never said anything until there was only one days work left. Then he terminated Harry and had someone else finish the job for very little money.
