“I can't say enough good things about Kristen. I have been going to the same hair stylist for 10 years in Denver. It was the last thing "holding" me to the city and I was ready to let it go. My cousin had been seeing Kristen and her hair looked incredible. I decided to take the plunge and make an appointment.In all honesty, I was kind of nervous. My previous stylist was amazing, and I was only leaving based on proximity. The moment I walked into Essence, I felt like I made the right choice. The person working the front desk was kind. The space was so stinking cute and the chairs were beyond comfy in the waiting area!Kristen came to get me for my appointment, and I instantly felt calm. “It was an amazing experience as always. It is something that I look forward to each and every time. My only suggestion would be that they have a room set aside for those people who would like to visit. The quiet room was not quiet this time and felt a little distracting and not as relaxing as normal. If not for this it would definitely be a five star review. Again, this is the exception not the rule. I would highly recommend spending a day here, pampering yourself and healing your body.“
