“I recently closed a loan with Troy Klasse as the lender. As an escrow officer I work with hundreds of lenders a year and feel Troy was top notch. We originally had a closing date of November 19th on a 30 day purchase closing. On the 5th we were all advised that the closing was being moved up to the 12th. Troy's team was able to speed up the process and close on the 12th with no issues. The underwriting lender was also able to have all documents signed electronically so it was very convenient for the customer. Very few lenders are allow a full e-closing so that was a great extra service for these buyers. I would gladly recommend Troy to my clients.
