Jeremiah and Shelley were a referral and lived up to everything we were promised. From going under contract to close was 11 business days. Quick and timely communication, easy to access documents that allowed me to keep the process moving even while traveling for business. Will definitely use this team again.

Marshall was fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He was even gracious enough to drive down to my closing which was about an hour away. I cannot recommend K2 enough.

We were introduced to K2 Lending 5 years ago through a friend after we were having issues with Rocket Mortgage. Julia has been there for us every time we have purchased a house since then. We just closed on our 3rd house in that time and every time she gets us closed on a house in under 30 days even in the middle of Covid. I highly recommend her and others at K2 Lending to anyone interested in buying a house.
