Darren Snow and his team at K2 lending are the best in the business, no doubt. He made my home buying process easy. He was very transparent and pleasant to work with. He got back to me quickly on any questions I had during the process as well. Best rates around. 100% recommend.
We were lucky enough to get connected with Darren Snow and his team at K2 lending for our house that we just closed on in July. Originally we were going to go SBA but that route turned out to very difficult with so many hoops to jump through and an unreliable bank that COULD NOT meet deadlines and timelines. Once we connected to Darren he immediately went to work and was able to close us FAST and on time. We are so thankful for Darren who is very analytical, organized, consistent and transparent. I would HIGHLY recommend Darren Snow and K2 Lending for anyone looking to buy a home.
Thanks, Noah Gifford, again, for ensuring a smooth process ending up at the closing table with no hassles! This one went even smoother than last time. I look forward to working with you again!
