We financed the purchase of our first home through Mrs Lisa Codwell and had such a great experience that we’ve since refinanced with her twice. MRS Lisa Codwell and her team are fantastic! They make the process easy to understand, walked us through each step, and kept us informed along the way. They’re professional yet warm and friendly, and we wouldn’t trust the process with anyone else!

Reviews
Cleo and her team are absolutely amazing. There's no way my words here, in this short review will be able to properly convey my gratitude and love for these people.
Hard for me to believe it took me 5 years to find her. Glad I didn't give up, she made my dream a reality. Granted, my deal wasn't an easy one, it took some creativity, seasoned knowledge of the mortgage industry and extra effort. But, where everyone else failed, gave up, couldn't figure out how to think outside of the check boxes Cleo shined. Cleo turned the obstacles into opportunities and I finally found the right one to get me across the finish line. Super Cleo maybe hmmm... I kinda like it!

I rented this venue for my Mother's 70th birthday celebration and everything from the aesthetics to the location was perfect. The rental was affordable and it was such a pleasure to support and work with a professionally black owed establishment. Everyone complimented on how beautiful ,bright & roomy this venue is. the perfect place for the "WOMAN KING " themed event. I will absolutely consider hosting other events here. ? Thank u ladies
