Brit Alexander, Journey Mortgage Group, NMLS #460804

Brit was so thorough and thoughtful in her process with us. She explained everything in great detail, was organized and helped us feel important. Her professionalism is at a very high level, thank you Brit for making our lending experience smooth and enjoyable.

We can’t say enough great things about Brit! First off, we were in a time crunch to find and close on a house so we needed a loan officer who was fast, efficient, and dependable. Brit fit all of those things! She was not only extremely timely and quick with her responses, but she was incredibly nice as well which made it enjoyable to work with her. She never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her when we would shoot her random emails or texts, even late at night. She was able to help us close on our house in just 25 days, from start to finish! We will be recommending Brit to all of our friends and family!

First time home buyer here...someone recommended Brit to us and after calling a few lenders, we realized Brit was by far the best. She took the time to actually chat with us and calm our nerves about buying a home. She went above and beyond her job description by helping us with the whole process. I’d send emails at weird hours with random questions and she magically always immediately wrote us back. She made the whole process easier to understand and helped to prompt me with every step so I didn’t miss anything. Thanks so much for all the help and we truly appreciate you being part of our first home purchase!
