This is the 2nd mortgage Brian has helped me obtain. He's professional and did what was needed to get me the best deal. He's also a REAL expert at VA loans and informed me how I can get my VA funding fee refunded. Other brokers claimed to be experts but didn't deliver. Thanks Beacon Lending for getting it done. Huah!
Brian and Susan worked tirelessly to help us close on time after we were let down by a different VA lender- they literally helped us close within 2 weeks! They went above and beyond, working beyond their normal business hours so that we could still make our close date. Would 100% recommend Beacon lending to anyone looking to buy a home
Brian and Susan are the most amazing brokers to work with.. their tenaciousness and professionalism is incredible. I highly recommend them from the beginning of the process to the closing .
