Danielle Owens has been one of our first calls whenever we're interested in purchasing a new home! I purchased my first AND second home with Danielle's help. Danielle also helped my brother and several of my friends close on their homes as well. She is extremely trusted in our community and I will always recommend her when anyone asks me about the home buying process. Not only is she a trusted expert, but she is one of the best. The home buying process requires a ton of knowledge, patience, smart timing, etc. and you won't find a better coach out there.

I have worked with Danielle on over a dozen different transactions and can say, hands down, she is by far the most honest and responsive lender I've worked with! On our last transaction, she helped a Vet get a 1.5% deduction on his rate compared to the retail lender he initially started with. We were getting priced out and my client was sleeping in the cab of his semi-truck and the nights were getting colder. Danielle truly saved the day and we were able to get a higher price point with her as his lender and acquire a beautiful property with everything he needed in a home just in time for Christmas. Danielle was so helpful with the complete loan process. She went above and beyond to make the process run so smoothly. If it wasn't for her extra push and reassurance, I'm not sure if we would have ever closed on a house. Her team communicated very well with us in regards to what was needed and when we needed to have it turned in by.
