“A few years ago, I had Apex inspect my roof after a couple of other contractors recommended a full replacement. After looking it over, Apex stated I didn't need a new roof at that time. They performed a few minor maintenance items at no charge and agreed that to keep an eye on things if a significant hail storm ever hit your area.
