“Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job on our roof and helped us beat a deadline. We had a pretty large water leak from a storm a few months ago that damaged the roof. We were working with an insurance and knew we were days from the first snow fall. We got the approval from insurance and Jonathan’s team jumped on the project immediately. They were able to work us in, knowing snow could fall at any point, causing further damage. His crew identified the leak in just a few hours of work and already had a solid plan to fix it. They completed the roof and we got the first snow (8”) just a few days later. Jonathan was very professional, provided an estimate that was clear, with a fair price, and allowed us to submit it to insurance very easily. “Trek replaced our roof March of 2018. The top ridge was leaking and water was even dripping in the house after the massive rain storm we had in this month. I called the office and Matt came out the next day to look at it and had it replaced the next week! Not many companies will do that. Even though the 5 year warranty had passed, Matt was gracious enough to replace the whole ridge under the warranty. I am confident this will fix our issue. “Did it sound too good to be true? Yes. Did I not believe it at all at first? Totally. Was I super wrong? Absolutely.They did everything they said they were going to and more. They worked with our insurance company and made magic happen, just as we were told. Our new roof is insanely nice and the craftsmanship of the installers is second to none. My house was literally turning into the Fight Club House every time it rained and the other bids were super high for normal shingles, to say nothing about the stone coated stainless steel that SCS uses.When it was time they sent a special crew down all the way from Denver just to do my house here in Utah. I was shocked, but again, it all happened just as we were told it would. When we got nervous and wanted to ask questions, our questions were always answered promptly and our worries soothed by the owner of the company himself. Phil is great to work with and is an honest hardworking person who actually does what he says he's going to do. We need more people like him in the world.No hidden charges, no liens, no unfortunate surprises, just an amazing roof that is totally watertight, can withstand hurricane force winds, and looks even better than the bar tile we had originally.
