I was pleased with every step of the process - scheduling free onsite estimate with Brendan, accepting the proposal and scheduling with Dawn, and the onsite service and communication with Stephan. The roof repair was actually faster and less expensive than estimated. Pleasant surprise.
Would and will highly recommend New Roof Plus.
Greg and Dawn and the entire New Roof Plus team are truly exceptional. I write this review after working with Greg for a solid two years while our HOA community was looking at options to replace our roofs and gutters. Greg was as patient as he was helpful. Honestly, the way Greg runs his company with kindness and diligence sets the standard for the industry.
Recently we had new roof install a steel roof. From the start to the completion this company was exceptional. It transformed our 70s home into a beauty. We love it and would highly recommend this company. Such wonderful people. And top notch work.
