Laya, the representative, is diligent in communicating with clients throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are impressive, as seen in the thoroughness of the roof repair and gutter installation. The team is professional, attentive, and friendly, leaving properties clean and tidy after completion. Family Roofing has done exceptional work on our roof replacement. Their endeavor for excellence in their work went beyond our expectations. They left my yard clean and clear of debris. The staff and working crew were very friendly and courteous. We love the new look of our home. Thank you Family Roofing.-
Beatrice and I are without hesitation to give Family Roofing a five star rating. Laya and her team are people of excellent integrity as well as their work. We had our roof completely replaced and everything was done excellently and professionally as also verified by the City Inspector. Laya dropped by to check on the progress of the work and explained to us in detail present progress and the finishing portion of the project. This kind of communication completely put us at ease from the beginning to the end of the project which was completed with a thorough cleanup. Thanks Family Roofing for a job well done.

Laya walked us through each step of the process with clear and speedy responses to all of our questions. Her team is a team of professionals - they know roofs, they know gutters, they expertly installed both while being very pleasant and polite. We saw neighbors have roofs installed while music blasted for many blocks and roofers shouted at each other too loudly - not this team.… read full review
