The 303 WINDOWS crew was so amazing start to finish. This is a family run business that really cares about their customers and staff! The whole team was so fantastic, professional, kind, and thoughtful. We are so happy with the finished product. Not only did they install new windows but resurrected an old window opening and rerouted a vent line to give a beautiful basement window. After meeting with a few other companies where you are given a 90 minute salespitch it was such a breath of fresh air to meet with Jay and later his full team! Couldn’t be happier with the final result and experience.
10/10 experience with 303 Windows. Jay, the owner, was a pleasure to work with — genuine and straightforward from the start. His son Jake led the installation and was incredibly impressive: professional, efficient, and clearly knew he was doing. They actually moved up their timeline to accommodate our schedule, which is rare. The windows look absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
5 stars isn't really fair. Jake, Chuy and the team deserve at least 10. We've had windows replaced before, by a big company in town that you've seen the commercials for...you know who. This was a completely different experience. First of all, their quote was 1/3 what the big guy's was; crazy! Sounds too good to be true, but it was the opposite. The 303 guys came in and replaced 22 windows in 1 day. They covered every floor, every piece of furniture, vacuumed and swept afterwards. They were polite, considerate and hard working. They were so detailed and so unwilling to leave without our house looking perfect that they even fixed some of the other window company's mistakes....read full review
