100% recommend calling Egress Inc for ANYHING related to window wells, windows, or water mitigation! I've worked with JC on two separate water issues in my basement, and both times he's identified the problem quickly and pointed me to solutions, even though it wasn't something Egress could help with. They're prompt, professional, and honest -- put them at the top of the list!

The group that came out got started right on time and worked efficiently throughout the morning and afternoon. They had replaced and installed 3 new window wells in about 6-7 hrs. They cleaned up, replaced the gravel around the wells, and took away all the old wood from the old wells. They checked with me to look it all over and ask any questions. I was surprised and pleased at everything. A job well done and worth every dollar. If you are looking to replace your window wells, this is the company you want to do it!

Installed two Egress Windows and my old bathroom window and I could not be more happy with the high level of professionalism, attention to detail and realizing how important it is to keep the customer in all aspects of the job well informed from start to finish. You get what you pay for and these folks are worth every cent and then some......I do not say this lightly.
