Beautiful new, custom windows throughout the entire home in 2018. Called for a window that would not lock nor fully close in the dead of winter. I was told that no techs were available (to even simply close the window) for two weeks. She did apologize for the two inch gap between the Pella window and the Pella seal but said that two weeks was the best they could do. C'mon man! Do Better Pella.

Reviews
Very up to date technology and beauty
Curtis came out to replace complex door handle. Was very friendly and professional and completed the work quickly. Very competent. On his way out I asked him about another Pella door and he quickly adjusted it at no charge. At times I have wondered about other brands, but working with Curtis convinced me there is no reason to look at any other brand. Plus I like the Pella windows and doors. Thanks Curtis!
