I have never really experienced a class so beautiful, mindful and peaceful like the ones provided at Sukha Healing Arts LLC. Devine is so natural at her teachings it makes me feel so comfortable and easier for me to open my heart because the energy is so clean and loving. She also takes my back pain away!
I promised Devine I'd write something about my experience(s) with AIReal Yoga to date, so here it is: it's not (all) easy, it is challenging, it can be sweat-inducing, you will have your eyes opened about your balance, and limb strength, and your core. You will have a little bit of your physical endurance called upon.
Devon is an extremely talented individual. As a fitness professional, my body does a lot of work and can get pretty beat up. Devon's massage therapy gets deep into the sources of pain and tension in my body and leaves it relaxed and healthy even when I'm off the massage table. I highly recommend her for massage. Absolutely love her!
