We came to L&D after a really difficult experience with another contractor, and the difference was immediate. David and Sarah were transparent about pricing, incredibly communicative and helped guide us through every decision. We always knew what was happening, what was next and what things would cost.

We built an ADU in our historic Denver neighborhood that has so much character and feels surprisingly spacious. They navigated the historic requirements seamlessly and gave us great recommendations throughout the design and build.

Today, the ADU gives us incredible flexibility. We use it for visiting family, rental income and as a home office when needed.

We fell in love with our 1930s bungalow because it had a great shell and so much soul, but it needed a primary suite and a completely updated kitchen. From our first conversation with Sarah and David, we knew we were in good hands. They listened to what we wanted, gave us honest advice when something wouldn't work, and their communication was incredible. They were always quick to respond, proactively kept us updated, and scheduled regular meetings so we always knew what was happening. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and even after we moved in, if we noticed the smallest thing, they came right out and made it right.
