Building an Accessory Dwelling Unit with L&D was a fantastic experience! We finished our ADU a month ago and couldn't be happier with our completed project. David, Sarah, Adam, & Clayton were detailed oriented, organized, client-focused, and made the building process easy from start to finish.Sarah did an excellent job with permitting and communicating with the City of Denver (something we were relieved to not manage ourselves). L&D completed our new garage and ADU just over a month ago on time and on budget. I still can’t believe what an amazing, seamless, transparent, and genuinely easy experience it was from start to finish. From our very first exploratory meeting to the final walkthrough, we felt as though we were working with trusted friends. From the start Dave, Sarah, Ryder and Clayton were casual, at ease, yet always professional, competent, and responsive.
