“We chose Ultimate Exteriors to install james hardie siding and new gutters on our primary residence. We interviewed a few siding companies and what I really liked about ultimate was I talked to the actual installers who would be working on my house, not salesman. I was able to ask technical questions and request a few specific changes to my install which they were happy to accommodate. Before choosing Ultimate I inspected a few jobs they completed recently and was very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. I'm picky, so the cleanliness and craftsmanship is important to me and it shows when you look at the small details on our house.The quote I was given up front was the price I paid and the job was completed within the original timeline. “The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. Overall pleased but not having good managers who can get involved and actually help was super annoying.“
