Bruce (owner) is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time ensuring all my questions were answered when he came by for a free estimate 5-6 weeks ago. What impressed me most was the communication and execution. Bruce remained in contact keeping me posted on progress. He was able to beat the projected installation timeframe, which made me very happy. He also came out the day of install to ensure everything was perfect. This was a wonderful project. I had no stress with this one! Just had to open the door. Bruce and his team took care of the rest. So respectful of my home too! I love my new windows and doors. We used One Window At A Time to replace the original 40 year old windows in our new-to-us condo. We had 11 windows replaced, 4 of which were unusual dimensions. These windows and the professional installation have made an instant difference in our energy bill. One of the reasons to hire Bruce and his team over others in this market is their extensive knowledge about home construction.
