“I've been seeing Nick for eight weeks of a ten-week physical therapy program following surgery about six months ago, and after a slower recovery than I had hoped for—and limited improvement with another therapist—I can finally say I'm almost back to normal. His education, experience, and ability to truly listen to me and tailor my treatment to my specific needs and goals have made a significant difference. “I love this office. I see Nick and Jacob and they've been a huge help with an injury I experienced from receiving neck traction from a co-worker who used a pillow case. They suggested I get tested for ehlers danlos syndrome and mast cell activation syndrome and they were right about both. They are trauma informed in their care and made me feel safe. They have a very open space for treatment and two rooms, but we're conscientious about leaving the door open for me. I didn't realize the amount of nerve pain I was having, but they showed me nerve glides to help with the nerve pain. I'm incredibly grateful for all the help and improvements I've experienced, even when they were small things. They're encouraging and funny, caring and understanding. I've learned a lot from them during treatment that has been so helpful to me. I would recommend them for anyone with an injury and needing physical therapy. Nick and Jacob are especially great with things related to the neck and nervous system, I was surprised to find that sometimes pain in my sacrum was coming from my shoulders. The body can be so interesting and complex and sometimes very frustrating when you are in a lot of pain. Physical therapy isn't a fast process and it can be very discouraging when you see what you could do before an injury and wanting to be back to that immediately. But having physical therapists who are knowledgeable and very well educated and who value people and their safety and well being is a huge blessing in the midst of what you're going through. They are great at dealing with insurance and workers compensation claims and being helpful and thorough in their paperwork for both. They have made me feel valued and cared for at each visit. I wish all PT offices and therapists were as incredible and excellent as they are. I am glad I've gotten to be here as a patient, even if I would rather have not needed to be a patient lol I would even have liked to work there, because I like it that much. 😊 I would also love to add that the receptionists are lovely and always a joy to see and interact with! Thank you for all of the wonderful help and care, it means more to me than I can say. I'm so grateful to to all and especially to Nick and Jacob!”
