10753 Luneth Dr, Colorado Springs“Lisa is extremely professional, patient, approachable, and has such a warm gentle nature about her. Her approach absolutely prioritizes the client and really displays empathy throughout the entire process. Lisa is the epitome of customer care. She makes the atmosphere comfortable and makes it very apparent that another relatable human being is conducting the very skilled work to change your life.I’ve had chronic shoulder pain and she instantly recognized the issue and immediately remedied my ailment of over 13 years!Osteopathy is amazing and Lisa is like a life hack that I wish I discovered years ago.10/10 recommend if you want to address the root of your problems rather than your standard massage.“
“I had my first appointment with Jeremy Snyder today. He took so much time to assess my situation and my needs, and he had answers to all of my questions ... and then some. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me small exercises to do at home and at work, and it already helped. I have been dealing with my issue for a long time now, and Jeremy is the first therapist who was able to give me hope - during our first session. It was incredible!“

4935 N 30th St STE 100, Colorado Springs“I have seen both Emily and Ashley. I started with Emily who really helped my back pain with just the right exercises. She explains things really well and I continued to improve with my back until the pain was gone. She also gave me good exercises for my hip pain that I continue to do with good results.Ashley is a real treasure at this place with Dry Needling and I was grateful for Emily for transferring me over to her for that. She really helps reduce chronic pain in my hip and leg area. When I was unable to go for a bit due to other issues, my hip became more painful. In fact, Ashley was able to get rid of some snapping type sensation in my lower back hip area that occurred when I walked. After a couple of sessions of dry needling, it was gone. Both of these gals are super friendly and care about the help they give others. Ashely is also helpful with exercises and she is just so interested in what she does.**Another PT some years ago said they would not do dry needling on me due to Fibromyalgia (as it would be too painful.) I was very apprehensive the first few times, but I learned how to accept the healing of this modality and it has paid off! As Ashley said, just breathe and don't tense up. That helped a lot.“
“Great team at Proactive. Educated, know how to help and very cautious. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had lower back surgery and shoulder issues, much better now.“
“I would consider Jason to be the first mentor to help me connect to my physical body. Before his help I had weekly neck and muscle problems which have essentially disappeared since seeing him on a weekly basis. He's extremely knowledgeable and relates what you do in class to your everyday life.“

“I went to the south location on janitell road for PT on fractured ankle. I give this location five stars! It only took a few weeks to get back to where I wanted to be and they gave varied exercises that could be done at home easily as well. Lead therapist and therapist assistant are totally knowledgeable, give a great evaluation and great varied exercises to do to get well!Definitely recommend this location!“
“Love doc Susie. She listens, that seems to be hard to find in a doctor. Front end staff is accommodating and friendly.“
