Physical Therapy in Monument

“I have thoroughly enjoyed rehabbing two hips at ORA in Monument! Kristen is a very knowledgeable and kind physical therapist. She provided many exercises which helped me regain mobility and strength quickly. She listened to my concerns and adjusted my regimen when necessary. I think most importantly, she advised taking a day off when my body showed signs of stress. Rebekkah provided motivation throughout my rehab sessions and kept them engaging and fun. After completing my sessions I feel better than I have in a few years and am ready to get back to hiking, biking, swimming and taking my dog for walks once again. Two thumbs up (or should I say “hip hip hooray!”) for ORA in Monument!“
