“A few months back I got myself in so much pain that I could barely function. I couldn't hardly walk, couldn't bend over, constant pain in my legs and hips. I had been working on myself in other ways but realized I needed help getting myself in a better place as far as my alignment was concerned. I am a potter and gardener and I need to be able to move freely, without pain.

When I went in to see them, they took x-rays and figured what the plan needed to be going forward. I went in 3 times a week, then 2 and finally 1 time a week. Over the past few months I have noticed that I am able to get in the car without any pain. I can garden and bend over and now only muscles hurt, not my joints.

When I am in the studio, I begin to ache, and I get up and move and sometimes do the exercises they recommend (I am not the most consistent at those.) I am able to work in our studio for little to no pain most days.

I am grateful I went in and decided to take the next step towards being healthy. All of the Doctors are great as well as the staff. Very supportive people all the way around. Thank you!“

(I had a rib out of place ) and other issues …Dr. Tessa took some X-rays to make sure she could adjust me and fixed me right there .. Very professional.. One of my favorite parts is the pre and post adjustment care, before you see your chiropractor you go through a set of movements to help loosen and prepare for the adjustment, then after you are adjusted you lay on a roller bed. This always makes my body feel more relaxed and at ease, as well as allows the adjustment time to set in more. I always ask to use the compression “pants” for circulation and by the end it’s like a spa treatment you can do multiple times a week!
