I have seen both Emily and Ashley. I started with Emily who really helped my back pain with just the right exercises. She explains things really well and I continued to improve with my back until the pain was gone. She also gave me good exercises for my hip pain that I continue to do with good results.Ashley is a real treasure at this place with Dry Needling and I was grateful for Emily for transferring me over to her for that. She really helps reduce chronic pain in my hip and leg area. I got to do PT with Ashley and her assistant for a month or so and I absolutely loved it. All the staff were very kind, listened to my various concerns, and gave me the tools to fast track my recovery. I have nagging neck/shoulder issues as a weightlifter but they got me feeling so much better in about 5 sessions. Couldn’t recommend Ascend more!

I saw Ashley after several years of suffering through worsening knee pain, and after finishing treatment with her, I have been able to start running again! I really appreciate that you get to work with the PT the entire time, rather than just being assigned exercises during your appointment. I was apprehensive about the dry needling at first but it was worth it, I really do think it helped! She is super nice also, I would definitely recommend her!
