My wife has seen Ashley on several occasions for different issues. Most recently, she was having foot problems and a tight hip flexor. Ashley always gives her total attention to problems and hones in on what the specific issue is. From there, she provides instruction on exercises, including proper form, and has also given her relief with dry needling. I have seen her, too, in the past. We can't recommend her highly enough.
