Wonderful experience!!! I urgently needed to have lab work completed and called to see if occupational medicine in monument would complete my blood draw. From the moment I called I was taken care of, the receptionist was welcoming and did everything to try to accommodate my request. I am not a huge fan of blood draws but I can’t even begin to say how amazing Jen the phlebotomist was. She did a phenomenal job and she is so kind and thoughtful. I even was able to meet their provider Susan Cump PA, who has an incredible background in medicine and is very patient centered. I met Dr. Sharma over 20 years ago when I stopped in at an urgent care facility in Colorado Springs, shortly after moving to the area. I was visiting the area over the holidays and to my disappointment I had fallen ill. I contact my insurance company and they had sent me a list of places I could go to. I chose Monument Occupational Medicine mainly because it was the closest to me, but when I called I was greeted by a very friendly voice (Jessica). I knew I made a good decision when the receptionist seemed to be genuinely concerned and assured me to come on in to be seen. Once I arrived I felt like everything went smoothly.
