“Springs Home Improvement recently completed two projects at our home: the addition of two new large picture windows and a large attached patio covering. Overall we were extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism of the project managers and subcontractors, and we would absolutely work with them all again. To note, we received several bids for our projects, and Springs Home Improvement had the lowest initial bid and fastest proposed schedule to complete the project. After we completed the engineering design and a full construction bid was completed, however, the final quote came in quite a bit higher than the initial bid. Scott was very upfront with us when this happened, and he explained why the final quote was higher and immediately began to help us identify areas where we could cut back costs on the project. We proceeded with the project and were very happy we did. The various subcontractors were always professional and courteous. The worksite was always kept tidy.
