A bathroom remodel that exceeded expectations. I submitted an inquiry to several contractors but Springs Home Improvement was prompt with reply as well as much more professional with first visit. This visit is actually with a designer and that is really what makes this whole process work so well. It wasn't just me throwing out my ideas as with other contractors. Amber listened to my wishes, vision, priorities. I told her our home isn't custom, just tract and I didn't want to break the bank. She would steer me away from some ideas that would either be too costly or simply not work. We contracted Springs Home Improvement to upgrade our rental property in Colorado Springs. This was a rental for 25 years and prior our residence. We lived out if state so we not only wanted a good contractor, but also one we could trust, being an out If state owner.We got both when we hire Springs Home Improvement. The communication was excellent, and the Home looked better than when we occupied it ourselves. We visited the property at the time construction began and again at its completion.
