“Brothers Love Carpentry is very professional, detail oriented, and performed quality work. Expectations were exceeded in material they provided, workmanship, coordinating times to meet and discuss any questions either they had, for clarity, or I had, for process. I am considered quite the picky person, usually identifying even minute details, however, during final walkthrough Brother Love identified much more than I expected and had the team correct these very minor details within a day. Communication with all members of the team I interacted with was professional, respectful and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure there were minimal interruptions to normal household activities, and at times I worked from home during the construction. They were able to continue without excess noise and ensured dust mitigation was effective at all times. I was not sure how to design and complete the fireplace mantle. What they designed and installed hit it out of the park. The wood worker provided an excellent mantle, and the entire fireplace face is beautiful. So, as I rant about the work they performed, they completed a basement for me, making a separate apartment type space with a full kitchen, dining area and living area. Even adding the additional material to aid in sound mitigation in all walls and ceiling. This customer is over the moon and am working to save up for my next project - I will certainly be calling Brother Love Carpentry to accomplish the work. Value for cost overall is great.“
