The team at Casco was unbelievable. They were organized, professional, kind, budget conscious and did an excellent job delivering quality work right on time (with a very tight timeline!). I will most definitely be using them for any future needs.

Started the process of a new house build with Casco in early 2022. From day one they were nothing short of excellent. Communication was clear and frequent, questions were answered quickly. What I appreciated most about the company was the honesty. If a mistake was made, they said a mistake was made and they fixed it.It has now been three months since we closed on our residence. Have we found errors or things that weren't 100%, of course we have and we expected that. Mike and the team at Casco did a fantastic job on our project. It was a transformation of a small unfinished basement space, including a tricky addition under our deck, into a full functioning one bedroom apartment. The design optimized every square foot, and we could not be more pleased with Casco and the work they did. We felt like we were the company's only customer throughout the project.
