“We had a great experience replacing our roof with Ethos, working directly with Lance.
We got a few quotes and Lance was the only person who proactively walked me through the quote and what needed to be done including recommending a bit more ventilation to make the roof last longer. He actually told us that we could probably get a few more years before replacement, but since I want to do solar I figured I would do it now. Just to say we did not feel any salesman type pressure.
Lance did a great job being our GC and managing the project, being very communicative and especially being helpful trying to work around the sellers and my schedule. He sent many pictures and progress updates and was always a quick text message or call away.
They did have a freak storm while actually doing the roof replacement, which led to some water getting in the house. Lance was proactively at our house bringing fans the next morning to make sure nothing in our attic was wet and Ethos did everything to make me whole by sending someone out to fix a small water mark from the incident.
Things definitely happen during construction, and to me the measure of a good contractor who cares is how they fix the issues.
In that regard I would work with Lance again in a heart beat and Ethos did a great job.”
