We had a great experience replacing our roof with Ethos, working directly with Lance.
We got a few quotes and Lance was the only person who proactively walked me through the quote and what needed to be done including recommending a bit more ventilation to make the roof last longer. Ethos Roofing did a great job on our Parker, CO home. They patched problem areas and replaced our old roof vents with a more weather-resistant type, which has already stopped leaks during heavy rain. The work looks solid, the crew was professional and efficient, and we now have much better peace of mind. Highly recommend them for roof repairs or vent upgrades in the Denver metro area.
I hired Sam Saslow to restore my roof after severe hail storm damage. He was outstanding from beginning to the very end. It was one of the best decisions of my home ownership life. I am giving him my highest ratings.
