“After the issues we had earlier on during the week, The Owner called to apologize and wanted to rectified the situation. He made me feel that I was a value customer.
They came out to fix my flashing from getting a Tankless Hot Water heater put in. They showed up a little earlier and it took them about a hour to do the job. They took pictures of the before and after to show me. Not only am I very pleased and happy with the job done. Even the worker was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the job. We plan on getting new gutters in the future and they will be the first ones to call to do the job. I do recommend them if you want a good job done. I want to say Thank You to the owner(for calling and texting) and the 2 workers who came out for making me feel as a valuable customers.
