The JRG contract was provided for the replacement material and included upgrade options for better hail resistance with thorough explanations. Miriz Banut the production manager emailed me status reports through out the entire scheduling process. Tyler Sharp was the on site JRG representative before and during the actual shingle removal and installation of the new roof. He is a top quality professional that was a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was amazing, they completed the project in one day and did a great job and cleaned up was thorough.

There was a little confusion and delay in initial communication (which I chalk up to calling on a weekend just before the holidays, plus they explained a team member was out of office a little early and they missed the ticket transition… been there!), but when I called this morning to follow up before the holiday they were absolutely wonderful.
