Can’t thank the team enough for helping us pull off a tricky operation in difficult circumstances in a very old
building with significant safety hazards present and sensitive neighbors. Our technician, Ray was extremely communicative, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole operation. He went above and beyond to ensure not only his work, but also that of the other trades involved could be done successfully and safely. Thank you to Ray and all involved at Black Roofing.
From start to finish the Team at Black Roofing & Waterproofing was nothing but professional. Todd the Salesperson was a transparent communicator. Gabor who oversees Production crews ensured he showed up to our home ahead of the project we had done (elevated terrace remodel from 25 year old pavers to DecTek product) to discuss any concerns and have a plan in place. The crew that showed up was very detail oriented and professional and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend this company.
Everyone employee was prompt, friendly and helpful. They were very helpful interfacing with my insurance provider. My new roof looks great. I highly recommend them!
