“Owen, Mike, Jake and the crew were all fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say. Owen and/or Jake were present at every step while the work was being done and always had great info to provide on where they were at with the job. The crew was very polite and cleaned up everything super well when they were done. Our insurance was a bit of a headache to get the roof approved but Mike came out and did an extra inspection at the insurance’s request and really helped the approval along. Our roof and gutters look great and were done within 2 days of supplies being delivered. Owen was very attentive to our project throughout the process and Jake knew every detail of all things happening at all times. We have an attached house so the Rosner team coordinated everything with our two neighbors and the process couldn’t have been more seamless. I highly recommend Rosner! All of the houses on our block have had their roofs replaced this year from the hail and by far Rosner was the most efficient and professional. Our neighbors have had multiple instances of other companies having to come back because they forgot something or did something incorrect. The other companies also were not as attentive to mess and nails on the block where Owen’s team went over every inch cleaning up. 5 stars! Great experience all around!“

“6/30/23 In June 2023, I contracted with Mile High Roofing and I dealt with Scott – the manager and owner. He reroofed my 2500 sq. ft. ranch home in Parker, CO that was hailed out in May 2023. I am uncertain how we found each other but I am sure glad we did. I am 81 years old and over the past 30 years I have had to replace six hailed-out roofs on three different homes. Two while living in Centennial, CO, three in Highlands Ranch and now one in Parker. I must say that working with Scott has been a wonderful and surprising experience – this was not the case with my five previous roofers. What makes Scot so great to work with – he is extremely professional, very personable and man of his word. “Getting my roof replaced with Ready Roofer was a wonderful experience. They knocked on my door a few days after a bad hail storm and I had been meaning to find a roofer so I gave them a shot. I got a free upgrade to hail resistant shingles and the entire experience was very quick and painless. I had my roof finished within a few weeks while most of my neighborhood is still waiting. I also had some timely issues with the insurance check that they were more than understanding about with my situation needing to send the check on a month long cross country venture to 3 locations. They even came back to screw in a light fixture that was too high for my ladders that had fallen out from the roof work.
