Marc came the same day I called him to temporarily seal my leaking skylight to prevent further water damage. His caulking job held up for several more rain storms. He demonstrated the various issues with the way my skylights had been originally installed, spent considerable effort tracking down the correct shingles for my roof, and re-installed the flashing and elegantly reshingled the relevant area around the skylight. The repaired skylight has now survived a couple of rainy days with no further leaks. He communicated clearly throughout, and was up front about the cost of the replacement, with no surprise charges. Marc did a great job on a complete roof replacement. I have an older house with some quirks, and he handled all of the issues with ease. He is a craftsman - he knows what to do and how to do it, and he is very meticulous about his work. That sort of attention to detail is what you want, and it can be hard to find these days!Service: Roof installation
