We hired 3R Roofing to reroof our whole house. Five and a half years later the flashing on our skylight failed. The warranty was 5 years, so they charged us a fix it.... Otherwise, the work they did on our roof was good. I have spoken with other companies, and they said they would have fixed it up to 10yrs after installation, so just be aware that they go by the book instead of accommodating valued clients. We will probably go with someone else next time.
David Coddington and his crew did a fantastic job on our home and husband's workshop, a retired custom home builder. It isn't easy to please a perfectionist like my husband but they did! The crew wasmeticulous, curious and got this massive job done on time. Thank you!Service: Roof installation
