Big Dog Rooter has been absolutely amazing to work with! When we bought a new house, we knew there was a sewer line repair and used Big Dog to take care of it. They did an excellent job! Clogged kitchen sink frustrated us for three days. One plumber came and poured chemical to "flush the plug". Big mistake as the acid didn't work and smoke like fumes filled the kitchen gagging us. I called Big Dog and Anthony came but said they couldn't snake/rooter the drain until the acid was neutralized. He showed me how to use Baking Soda and water to do it. The next day Anthony was occupied with another job that got complicated and he wouldn't be able to get back to me until a day later. Overall the company's trucks were very busy.
