“Update after another year of frequent visits:
I’ve been a client of Healing Hands Inc. for over a year and have had many 90-minute sessions, including cupping add-ons and prenatal massages. Echo Haines is incredibly experienced and professional. Her work is consistently excellent across different types of massage, including prenatal.
She takes the time to ask about my needs at every visit and works on stress knots I didn’t even know existed ? I always schedule my next appointment before leaving because her calendar fills up fast.
Echo is the owner of Healing Hands Inc., and I always leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and so much better in my body. I can’t recommend her enough.

Previous review: Paola was great with the service I requested. I needed focus on my neck, shoulders and lower back and she did a great job in helping me relax and worked well on the knots I had. She asked me the pressure I prefer since it was my first visit and she checked on me throughout if I was liking the pressure or the treatment. I also tried cupping for the first time, which Paola performed very well. The cupping helped to further relax my shoulders and back. I would recommend Healing Hands and Paola for your next massage appointment.
P.S. If it’s your first time, get there five minutes early to find the exact entrance on time. I used another door and walked in the building to find the exact location.“

“I came in for issues with my aductors causing my long runs to hurt a bit and I felt that I was heading for an injury. I had 8 weeks until a very difficult marathon and needed to attempt to correct the issues or cancel the marathon. I had been at CACC Aurora before for a lower left back issues and found that this old injury was causing my hips to displace incorrectly causing my issues. Sean helped my get the strength back where is was needed to prevent future injuries. This worked not only was I ready for the marathon but I ended up running faster by 23 mins because of this additional strength training and PT work. I could not have done this on my own. I am a ultra runner and run between 20-30 miles per week. With out Sean's help I would have had to slow down to prevent the injury. Thank you“
