I’ve been with Genelle & Monica for 4 yrs now. They are professional, pleasant to work with & always respond to my texts or calls immediately!! I feel that they truly care about me & my needs!! I explicitly trust them & glad I found them when I did. I highly recommend you give these two women & their company a try if you need a private caregiver.
As an RN visiting patients in their homes, I had the opportunity to work along side caregivers from a Caring Hand and Heart. I was extremely impressed with the high expectations of care, and the attention to detail by their caregivers. The owner was always available to collaborate with, and kept me informed of any changes impacting patient care. I would choose them to care for one of my family members, friends, and even myself!
Having to undergo double surgeries with one hospital stay (Spine and lung procedures), I faced a rather difficult challenge for my recovery. However, I was given the opportunity for home healthcare under Caring Hand and Heart services, with Genelle Anderson as the leader of this wonderful organization. She employs some of the most gracious and loving workers that I have ever met, with she herself being the perfect example of what makes her clients and patients feel so safe and cared for.
