Ms. Cameron Stewart was very helpful and a great sales associate. I took off one star because their selection could have been better. But Ms. Stewart did her best to help me find the right carpet.
Kim Reiter was wonderful in the assistance and patience she gave to me. I had had a big leak in my basement which had been handled by my insurance company and a restoration company. The carpet that was replaced was purchased through Kim, but what was delivered was not the same color as the sample. About 4 months after Kim submitted the claim that the carpet color was wrong the manufacturer agreed it was off color but demanded I chose and have installed within 30 days new carpeting. I highly recommend carpet exchange on Havana for great carpet options. Gavin was wonderful to work with. I shared my budget and my needs in carpet and he helped show different carpet options and colors to match my budget and suggest brands that would fit my situation the best (durability, easy to clean and stain resistant). I researched carpet price matching at a couple different carpet places and none beat my quote from carpet exchange. I am very happy to say that I was able to stick to the budget I needed and am very pleased with the look and quality of my new carpet.
