“TL;DR: 10/10 would recommend.10/10 would shop there again.I had John Burger HVAC out to do a full rebuild on my rooftop heat/ac combo unit + new ducts/returns back in the summer (so they did work inside and outside the house). I have now used both sides (ac and heat) and I am completely satisfied with the work done.Justin was my estimator/sales rep and did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the process, from me comparing bids all the way to install and afterwards for follow ups. I am not the easiest or fastest customer to work with, but Justin and the whole office staff went over and above the call of duty to make me feel sure of my decision.The install was a two-day process and was handled with minimal disturbance to my family and absolute professionalism. They did a great job hauling away the old and cleaning up after the new, which is always appreciated.Thank you again to the entire John Burger HVAC team, from office to install you were all a pleasure to work with.“
