There is pride in their workmanship and Kool and his staff alway answer my questions. Most of all Kool always provides options when possible to either repair or replace. Update: Kool Air bailed us out again with extreme quick response (on a 110 degree day); replaced a faulty part very quickly. We had KoolAir put a new unit in our home in 2010. His crew worked so fast and cleaned up all their mess. Very pleasant to work with and if we have any problems they call right back the same day. We would highly recommend this company. Bob & Jackie Olson, Yuba City
