I had several phone calls with Tim, even though no one came out. They were very booked and I have medical issues with heat. He did help me troubleshoot some issues at home & was very very knowledgeable!!!! I really appreciate and would recommend this business they are honest, trustworthy and get the job done right!

These guys not only had the part for my 50+ year old plumbing, the customer service was above and beyond what I have experienced in almost any other retail environment! They made sure everything fit properly, informed me I could use existing parts, though I opted to replace everything at once and they had everything I needed to do that. They felt genuinely honest in their recommendations and explanations. Hopefully I don't need any more plumbing supplies any time soon, but if I do I will certainly know exactly where to go for help. I was genuinely impressed.

Men that know what's up here. No B.S. I had been looking for a cartridge for my old shower valve for too long. 3 major plumbing suppliers all pointed me here for the fact that if they didn't have it, they'd get it. Well it was a hell of a challenge to find it, but after 30 min. of stick - to - it , they said here it is. It felt like we found the treasure at the shipwreck because this was a tough one. It's that work ethic & attitude that makes us Americans. As long as these men are running this place, I couldn't dream of doing business with any other than them, thanks fella's.
