I've had problems with the Providence app update. The receptionist I checked in with understood and sent me the link to reinstall & update my phone. My visit was for a routine medicare annual physical and Dr. Hua took plenty of time to discuss my medical history, recent labs and make lifestyle reccomendations. This was only my 2nd visit with Dr. Hua after my earlier doctor moved back East after more than 10 years treating me. I'm looking forward to developing a long term relationship similar to my earlier doctor. I called to see my doctor due to head pain, but she was booked solid. They had an opening on the calendar for the next day to see Dr Brian Lai so I took it. I appreciate St Jude for being so prompt to get me on the calendar. It was my first time seeing Dr Lai, and I highly recommend him! He gave me very sound and good medical advice (which actually worked for the pain) and a prescription. He listened to me and addressed the problem. I have been going to St. JUDE medical offices for over 20 years. Im.77 and had Dr Savalia for many years and Dr. LINN and now Dr. KIM. They are all caring Dr's and I know what good treatment is at my age! In fact, I will only go to St.Jude and changed my insurance plan when another did not include St.Jude! I'm not messing around at my age. I'm only here because of the great care I've gotten at St.Jude. Dr Reddy is my dermatologist and Linda Vista is my pharmacy!! I feel a peaceful vibe when I enter thr building. St.Jude is my patron Saint. He knows what I need for peace of mind and its all my medical care at St.Jude!!
