The owner was very friendly and welcoming and the front girls were sweethearts. The Botox was amazing, I didn’t feel any pain and they gave me points for my next visits. I had asked about CoolSculpting and I already scheduled my appointment for that in 2 weeks. You won’t be able to find another Med Spa that is well mannered with good pricing. “I've seen Dr. Tirsch on two different occasions. In 2020, he made my sciatica go away after only a handful of treatments. Most recently, I had reconstructive knee surgery on March 28, 2024. After being bedridden most of the day for nearly three months, my sciatica returned. My back hurt and I had numbness and tingling in both feet. Once again, Dr. Tirsch made me feel better. But Dr. Tirsch and his excellent staff--Gabriel, Andrea, and Angelica--also helped tremendously in my knee recovery. I was recovering slower than my HMO thought I should be (which I attribute to the HMO's physical therapy plan, which allowed only one visit per week for half an hour, with no hands-on treatment and no modalities). Dr. Tirsch looked at my knee and came up with a therapy plan that included various techniques, including manual work and Shockwave sessions. After three months, I added 20 degrees of range of motion, which got me back on track toward regaining my full range of motion. The injury has a year-long estimated recovery, and the final degrees of range of motion have to be earned in the gym. But I honestly believe I would not be where I am without Dr. Tirsch, Gabriel, Andrea, and Angelica. The last thing I'll say is that this office is full of positive, caring people. They are friendly and genuinely happy to see you. They listen to you when you tell them your symptoms at your appointments. And they really care about you as a person. This positivity helped me mentally, too, as I was really struggling to deal with a very serious knee injury. I highly recommend TLC--they live up to their name.“

“Dr. Zelinsky is amazing! I have been seeing him on and off for 6 years now. I first went to him because all of a sudden, the area next to my belly button to the right was sore and super sensitive to the touch. I thought maybe I have appendicitis. I went to different doctors including a specialist but no one knew what the issue was. Then I saw Dr Zelinsky - he told me I pulled my back and the muscles were inflamed (even though I did not feel any back pain). Since there are nerves in the front that are connected to the back muscles, that is why my belly button area was sore and sensitive to the touch. He fixed my back and the soreness and sensitivity completely went away in two days. Who would even think it is the back muscles that caused the problem!!?? Only a genius like Dr. Z would! Had I not been so lucky to have seen him, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds on medical bills and taken unnecessary scans or MRI and not getting any right answers. I also have sciatica in my lower back, neck and shoulder pain and occasional bad flair up in my right upper back. Ever time I visit Dr. Z, the pain goes away within 1 to 2 visits and I feel brand new!! He is so knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, caring and hilarious!!! I trust him completely! BEST chiropractor EVER!!!!“
