“Marissa is a god send. Marissa was so kind, patient, and understanding with my emergency. I walked out of there feeling so confident and happy with how secure my extensions felt.
Backstory:
I had just come into town from Austin Texas for a wedding. 5 days prior (Saturday) I had my beaded weft moved up. By Wednesday I was having some bad slipping on two corners, by Friday morning chunks of my weft was coming out in the shower and beads were popping out on top. I called salons frantically trying to get this fixed before the rehearsal dinner that evening. Marissa was able to squeeze me in. She secured everything in the small amount of time that we had. She was also so knowledgeable about hand tied wefts and gave me lots of tips and information when it comes to finding the right extension specialist. Needless to say, my extension lady in Austin is fired.“
