“My daughter has very curly hair and has been wanting a Deva Cut for a couple of years. She went online and did some research and found Raquel Noriko. She was awesome. Deva Cuts are expensive, but her prices were comparable to other places we had called (and quite a bit cheaper than a couple}. We had a consultation before the appointment (free) so she could talk to us about what to expect, what my daughter wanted from the haircut, and the cost. There was no pressure at all to keep the appointment if we decided it was too expensive. We decided to go ahead with it and were thrilled with the results. My daughter got the best cut she has ever had, and Raquel was very friendly and personable. We loved her!
