“We’ve been working with Andrei Den for several years now, and I can sum up his service in three words: professional, responsive, and respectful.

Just two days ago, I discovered that one of our sunken floor outlets had overloaded several times (yikes!)—there were burn marks, a melted plug and casing, and the plug was stuck. When it started crackling, I immediately contacted Andrei.

Despite it being the night before a holiday, he was at our place within two hours. Not only did he fix the outlet, but he also repaired one of our breakers and checked the entire main panel to make sure everything was safe.

Over the years, Andrei has also replaced all five of our smoke/CO detectors, changed out several outlets and switches, and even restrung our outdoor cafe lights. He’s always thorough and reliable, and we trust him completely with our electrical work.

On top of that, Andrei has a tile specialist he works with who did an incredible job for us—replacing the tile on one of our fireplace hearths and expertly fixing and installing a new 4' stainless steel drain in our tiled shower. The quality of the work was outstanding.
