This was a weekly routine with the same breaker, until someone figured the issue out. The problem was a loose connection, and the tech fixed it right (and not trying to do it themselves). It's been on the low side for months. The truth of the diagnosis played a big part in this.
The wellness center also has a hydrotherapy spa, so when we went to get the equipment covered on our liability policy, our carrier wanted to have it signed off on that we had it protected with a GFCI, equipped with bonding, and a disconnection that would be knocked out of the circuit. Handed us the signed certificate the same day, and our carrier got it added to our policy the same week – can't believe the end result – it all went together really smoothly.
At 3:10 AM our monitor for fire alarms would flash a trouble alarm just on the circuit for the electrical room, and our alarm monitoring firm would demand a licensed electrician to physically go down to the alarm and clear the trouble—allowing our nighttime security team to merely press reset on the alarm panel but not knowing if there's a real hazard or not. The electrician arrived at 4:25 AM who traced the trouble signal and noted a loose neutral which was making a voltage imbalance in the alarm panel's power monitor, reterminated the neutral, cleared the fault condition and our security staff was able to have a fully functional alarm system back in place by 6:00...read full review
